Our house is located near by the lake directly on the side of a forest. Many hiking and mountainbike trails start directly at our house. The Alpe-Adria-Trial also passes by the house. We offer a variety of leasure time opportunities, a large garden to relax outside, a playground for children, as well as a bar who serves little dishes and cocktails and where you also can watch Sky Sports on a big screen. In the basement is a garage where you can leave your skies in the winter or your bike in the summer. Tools are also available for small repairs. A large parking area in front of the house is available. Free beach access is also possible. We offer our guests a lounge area including TV and WIFI. Pets are allowed (5 Euro additional will be charged per day). Breakfast, sheets and towels are also included in the price. Tranfer to the train station of Faak is for free - Transfer to airport Klagenfurt is possible (29,- Euro per ride - including up to 4 persons).
