Central however in a quiet side street, you can reach all stores for your everyday needs in only a few minutes (bakery, grocery store, butcher shop). Besides, bus and train stations are within walking distance. Directly from your sun terrace you enjoy a stunning view into the valley and on the famous Zillertaler Dampfzug. In summer, there are plenty of walking trails and cycle tracks which invite you to be active. The Alpin Living is the ideal starting point for all your adventures. Also in winter you will be pleased as from the skiing area Kaltenbach you can (almost) directly reach your apartment via the downhill slope to Aschau. Moreover, the cross-country skiing slope can comfortably be reached right in front of the house. With a big heart and an eye for detail three exclusive apartments were built. Plenty of different types of wood all in natural finish, selected stones, high-quality furniture, exquisite materials and lots of glass - in the Alpin Living naturalness and comfort play the crucial role. By the use of native woods we wanted to create a natural and healthy atmosphere. Wooden floors allow for coziness and in winter room temperature can easily be regulated with underfloor heating. Be surprised by our fully equipped kitchens including ceramic-glass cooktop, microwave, toaster, refrigerator with built-in freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and water boiler as well as a large kitchen table for the whole family. You will find everything you know from home! In the leaving room there are comfortable sofas which offer plenty of space and all our sleeping rooms are equipped with high-quality double beds. Also, the bathroom equipment leaves nothing to be desired: extra-large shower, bathtub, double-washbasin out of natural stone, hairdryer, hand towels and bath towels. To complete with, we provide you with free of charge wireless LAN and there are flat LED TVs in each sleeping room and leaving room.
