Our house BELLEVUE is characterized by its quiet, sunny location and is only 10 minutes from the center. There you will find restaurants, shops, apres-ski bars, bakeries, churches, banks and doctors. Our house offers space for 1 apartment for 1-8 people with a terrace. and a garden apartment for 1-10 people with a garden. Pure adventure is guaranteed when skiing in winter. Depending on the time, you can watch some deer running out from the terrace. The ski bus stops next to the house with a connection to Ischgl. The Kappl ski area offers 42 km of slopes, alpine huts, ski school, the Sunny Mountain adventure park and much more. In summer, hiking, cycling or motorcycling invites you to come to us via the Silvretta High Alpine Road.
