Protected courtyard as a general play and party area with barbecue and seating. Large lawn with loungers, table tennis, volleyball. Sand playground with swing and slide for smaller guests

2 km to Ossiacher See, 15 minutes by bike. Villach about 7 km shopping in the immediate vicinity (also on Sundays). 1.5 km to the sports center Annenheim (tennis, horseback riding, sailing, paragliding, boat rental and much more)
