Our Ferienhaus Edith lies at the edge of forest in a calm and sunny area of Kaltenbach. The centre can reached on foot in 5 minutes only and the free ski bus to the skiing areas of Hochzillertal and Hochfügen stops only 250m away from the house.

With us in the Edith guesthouse you will be accommodated in one of 3 cosy holiday apartments for up to 10 people which come with a double and a three-bed rooms, dining/living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower/WC and a balcony with a wonderful view of the Zillertaler Mountains. Free Wifi is available to our guests as well. Bed linen and towels are provided and - on request - we offer a cradle which is ideal for your vacation with children. At our guesthouse Edith you even have your own ski cellar.

Enjoy extensive hikes and bicycle tours that you can set out to directly from the holiday home. For the vacation with children the recently opened adventure park with high-wire is an ideal day-trip destination. You reach the adventure park within 15 minutes on foot. A beautiful forest playground is only 150m away.

Therme Fügen with its outdoor/wave pools and slides ensures entertainment for the whole family. A spa area with sauna guarantees relaxation for the adults and the pine, bio or Finnish sauna are particularly enjoyable on colder days.

Erste Ferienregion Zillertal is known for endless and perfectly groomed runs for the whole family! The skiing area of Hochzillertal - Hochfügen is virtually on your doorstep and in addition to top pistes also offers ski courses, day-care facilities, ski rentals and après-ski. Night owls will surely enjoy the wide selection of après-ski bars and restaurants in Kaltenbach or the weekly night skiing event. If you love variation, you reach the Zillertal Arena or the Spieljoch skiing area in no time, where you find ideal conditions for holidays with children.
