The longing for the mountain has brought you to us ...? Feelings like home in our newly built apartment in 2015. Relaxation and adventure in nature, time for yourself and for the family - that means vacation in the house finca.

A real resting place with a view on the Stubai Mountains. Each double room has a king-size double bed. The private terrace with comfortable seating is the ideal place to relax after a successful day. We look forward to everyone who entrusts their time to us.

An ideal accommodation for your winter sports or summer vacation, a beautiful chalet that has been recently built and furnished.

The apartment is ideal for up to 4 people and awaits you with 2 double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

You can book our rooms in the double or single room category. These rooms are in a very quiet location in the southerain of the finca and do not offer cooking facilities.

The unique view of the mountains makes this exclusive design villa a hotspot. The domicile is centrally located and is equipped with all conceivable amenities.

The finca is only a few minutes' walk from the center of Milder with its various pubs, restaurants and supermarkets and is right next to the ski bus stop.

Stubai Glacier:
With 26 modern cable cars and lifts and 104.00 km of slopes for all levels of difficulty.

Elfer lifts NIGHT SLEDGE:
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday - ascent with the cable car.

PARAGLIDING:
The 911 is very popular both as a training area and for sporty pilots and is known in the aviation scene for the good flight conditions and the unique thermals.

Schlick 2000:
The largest ski area in the front Stubai Valley. Slopes of all difficulty levels, a speed route and the Skiline height profile measurement challenge piste skiers. Snowboarders can frolic in the "Free Nature Park" while freeriders find the most spectacular deep snow ride on the slopes off the slopes of the Schlick 2000. Children from the age of 3 months are looked after in the family-friendly ski area. After the active hours, nine rustic alpine pastures and huts are ready for a cozy end to the ski day.

Stubay swimming paradise:
Upside down into wet, happy pleasure! Harmoniously embedded in the beautiful Stubai Valley. Splashing with a glacier view! On over 5,000 square meters, big and small luck divers will find perfect conditions for refreshing relaxation and lively bathing pleasure. Here you can simply swim away from everyday life ...
