Our spacious holiday home is situated in a quiet location, close to the glacier river Isel. It can be seen as an ideal starting point for a bike tour, as the Iseltralradweg from Lienz to Matrei in Osttirol passes directly by our house. In addition, St. Johann im Walde is a popular destination for white-water sports enthusiasts - kayak and rafting entrances can be found here. Haus Maria has a large garden where the little ones can play and the grown-ups can relax in the sun. Sun loungers can be provided free of charge. The bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk away. Bus line 951 takes you to Lienz as well as in the opposite direction to the valley Virgental.
