Our Neunhäuserer guesthouse is situated in Neustift in the Stubaital, 1000 metres above sea level in a very quiet location, directly at the edge of the forest. Situated in midst of the idyllic nature, it offers a magnificent view of the mountains of the Stubai Alps.

As an ideal base for your holiday, our apartment offers access to hiking trails right behind the house. After a 5-minute walk you reach the centre of the village of Neustift with supermarket, shops, restaurants and cafes. The stop of the free ski bus that takes you to Stubai Glacier or the Schlick 2000 resort, as well as to the Neustift leisure centre with indoor pool and sauna, is just 3 minutes away.

Our guesthouse comes with the modern, 90 m2 Neunhäuserer apartment that offers you 2 spacious bedrooms, a cosy living room with dining table and living area and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. At the wardrobe in the large entrance area you can warm and dry your shoes next to the heated boot dryer. Enjoy the view of the Brennerspitz and the Zuckerhütl Mountain and take in the refreshing mountain air in the comfortable garden while your children discover the outdoor playing area.

At the heart of the Stubaital the variety of winter sports possibilities is virtually limitless. Thanks to its illuminated slopes our Elfer Mountain offers day and night sledding fun for all age groups with its two natural sled runs. After a leisurely winter walk in the Oberbergtal you can sled down to the Stubaital from the Brandstattalm or the Autenalm. Winter hiking trails for the whole family start directly behind our Neunhäuserer guesthouse. The Schlick 2000 family skiing resort and the Stubai Glacier offer ideal conditions for children willing to learn how to ski.

Summer in the Stubaital leaves nothing left to be desired for hikers, mountain bikers, climbers and families. The lakeside path to Mutterberg offers laid-back cyclists the chance to enjoy the Stubaital “on tour”. Sportive mountain bikers set out to the Kartnall or Pfurtschell Höfe on the opposite side of the valley, all the way to the Starkenburger-Hütte. Directly behind our Neunhäuserer guesthouse you can access the "Franz- Senn-Weg". Artistic and interactive stations provide information on the life and work of the famous "Gletscherpfarrer” along the family-friendly themed trail. Audio guides are available free of charge at the Stubai Tirol tourist office in Neustift. After a magnificent mountain adventure you can relax in the outdoor pool in Neustift or at the bathing lake in Kampl.
