Unwind here with us at the edge of the forest amidst the stunning Stubai nature and enjoy an active and relaxing holiday together with your dog. Our apartment is located in Kampl, only a 5-minute drive away from the centre of Neustift. The supermarket, the bakery and restaurants can comfortably be reached on foot within 10 minutes only. Discover hiking trails such as the Besinnungsweg, from the house to the Pinnistal, to Fulpmes and Neustift. Lake Kampl is only 10 minutes from the Sonja guesthouse and offers a playground for your children, a football pitch and a volleyball court as well as a kiosk. The stop of the free ski bus that takes you to the popular skiing resorts of Stubai Glacier and Schlick 2000 is just 1 minute away on foot. The 80 m² apartment for 2-6 people is bright and friendly and features a bedroom with double bed, a room for 3 people and a single room with enough space for the whole family. The balcony and the large living area with dinette are perfectly suited to relax after an active day outdoors. The bathroom with shower is separate from the toilet and every room is equipped with a washbasin and a hairdryer, allowing you to avoid getting in each other's way in the morning. Directly from the Sonja guesthouse you can take walks to the nearby woods together with your dog and enjoy the unique nature of the Stubaital. You are welcome to use our ski room with boot dryer, where you can store your ski and sports gear dryly and safely. Wi-Fi, a safe, a crib for your children as well as a high chair, will, of course, be provided free of charge. On request, we have fresh bread delivered to your apartment every morning. In summer you can directly access the many hiking and cycling trails to the summit of the Schlick 2000 right from your holiday apartment. No matter whether you explore the summer toboggan run in Mieders together with your family or start a tour to the Pinnistal with your mountain bike directly from the apartment at the Sonja guesthouse - your holidays will be an unforgettable experience. Fast-paced sled runs at the Elferlifte resort, fantastic powder snow on the Stubai Glacier and romantic snowshoeing await you during your winter holiday in the Stubaital. With the four resorts of Elferlifte, Serlesbahnen Mieders, Schlick 2000 and the Stubai Glacier skiers will find everything winter sports enthusiast could long for.
