You are looking for a roomy, comfortable and quiet apartment up in the mountains? Our holiday home 'Erika Lechner' is nicely situated on the sunny side of Zillertal, at approximately 1000m above sea level and offers fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding Zillertal alps. Aschau and Distelberg (the name of our mountain!!) are to be found in the middle of Zillertal and - in summer as in winter - are an ideal setting out point for all kinds of sporting or leisure activities. The ski slopes of Spieljoch, Hochzillertal - Fügen and the Zillertal Arena can easily be reached by car and are only a few kilometers away. The non smoking apartment is cosy and roomy with modern kitchen and bathroom fittings, all of which are practically new. The rooms benefit from direct sunlight and offer enough space for 2 - 4 people. Use of the garden with a small terrace with table and chairs is also possible.In the winter season winter tyres are an absolute 'must' and, when snow falls, snow chains are also indispensable.
