Penthouse Top 8 & 9 are part of a stylish, newly built Astenhof house which is located in a quiet part of the Fügen Mountain Resort. This resort is part of a the Zillertal Valley in Tyrol, Austria with great access from the A12 highway connecting Innsbruck (AT) and Munich (D)

The apartments are located on the last floor of a three story building with a modern elevator, only 200 meters from the Spieljoch ski lift and ski bus connecting Fügen with the Hochfügen and Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach centers.

The newly built Penthouse (finished 2021) pampers its guests with its large spaces, modern equipment, beautiful views of mountain slopes and the Zillertal Valley.

Each apartment has 2 covered parking spaces, for those interested, there is also a possibility of 2 charging stations for electric cars.

There is a common, heated ski storage room on the ground floor of the building. Of course there is space for (electric) bikes. The penthouse, ski storage, entrance to the building and its surroundings, including the cable car station, can be reached without any barriers in the form of stairs.

The building has a shared garden, hiking trails starts next to the house and about 200m from the building, you can find the ski lift station Spieljoch. In winter, when there is snow, it can be reached on skis.

The immediate surroundings offer ideal activities 365 days a year: skiing/cross-country skiing, toboggan tracks, snowshoes trail with guides, cycling, hiking, swimming, horse riding, golf, tennis, bowling, climbing wall, tandems, museums and playgrounds.

The penthouse is luxuriously and comfortably equipped for 4 people, offering 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds (180x200). The bedrooms have two wardrobes with plenty of hangers and shelves for clothes, as well as a small desk with chairs. Both bedrooms have a private balcony and the living room has a spacious terrace overlooking the valley. There are also 2 bathrooms in the apartment, both equipped with a shower. The larger bathroom also has a bathtub and access to the terrace with a hot tub. The smaller bathroom has a built-in washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and induction hob is connected to the dining and living area - this large open space provides social facilities and also a wonderful view of the surroundings and mountains from the wooden terrace.

All areas of the Penthouse are heated by floor heating, if necessary, it can be supplemented by heating/cooling using the air conditioning units.

If necessary, the space can be expanded from 2 bedrooms and 160 m2 by a practical internal connection with the neighboring Penthouse TOP8 to a total of 5 bedrooms and 300 m2.
