Piz Fliana

The Piz Fliana was built in 1972. We renovated in autumn 2013 and designed three new holiday apartments for you. We placed particular emphasis on using high-quality products. Larch wood floors, beds made of larch or pine wood, bathrooms made of natural broken slate. The Piz Fliana is only a few minutes' walk from Galtür's town center with restaurants, supermarket and bakery, as well as sports shops. The cross-country ski run and the winter and summer hiking trails, walking routes and cycle paths are just a few meters far from the house. The bus stop is only about 50 m away, so you are welcome to leave your car in the free parking lot in front of our house.   Please consider:
Our house is not suitable for groups and partys. We attach great importance to comply with the night rest (10 pm to 7 am). We do not allow visitors in our apartments. Thank´s a lot for your compliance. Our services free of charge include:
• face towel, bath towel, tea cloth, dishwasher-tabs, coffee filters, lavatory paper and bed sheets
• changing of face towels, bath towels and tea cloths once a week
• wireless LAN
• daily breadservice - fresh bread brought to the apartment door Non-smoking apartments. Cancellation conditions: Please send us a written cancellation . You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
Up to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 40% of the entire arrangement price.
Up to 8 days before arrival, 70% of the entire arrangement price will be charged.
In the last week we charge 90% of the entire arrangement price.
If you do not show up, we charge 100% of the entire arrangement price.
