Cosy apartment in Ellmau am Wilder Kaiser! Very nice apartment in Ellmau for families with 6 people or 6 adults and 1 child, who like to go directly from the house without a car to the ski slope or hike directly into the mountains. The apartment is located at about 950m altitude with a beautiful view of the Wilder Kaiser, Astberg and the Hartkaiser. Very quietly located yet center close. The apartment is located in a former apartment hotel with about 130 apartments. In front of the house there is a large car park where the residents and holidaymakers can occupy a parking space free of charge. It can happen that you can only get up the mountain with a 4x4 or snow chains in case of a rapid fall or solid snow cover on the road. During your stay, I will not be on site as your landlord, but I will be available by phone and e-mail for questions in German and English. The key is stored in a key-save at the entrance of the house, so that you can move into the apartment on your own at any time from 3 p.m. Neighbourhood overview:

The ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity of the Berghof holiday apartment house. The trip is free of charge if you show your guest cards, which you will receive on arrival. There are also numerous discounts with the guest card. Please check with the tourist office in Ellmau for the latest discounts and events. Otherwise, please note:
We offer family-friendly weekly rates and therefore prefer guests who arrive on Saturdays and also leave on Saturdays. If you want to arrive on Fridays or Sundays, you have to expect a price increase of 15% of the weekly price, as we usually cannot find a connecting tenant who wants to arrive during the week. In this case, please ask for the current price.
If you prefer to bring your bed linen and towels, the price will be reduced by a total of 40 euros. Please send us a message in this case and we will change the booking price. The city tax is available in addition to the apartment price, which is €2.50 per person per day. The landlord will pass on the levy to the Wilder Kaiser Tourist Association. Guest tickets are available on the day of arrival. Hygiene conditions: Please note the entry/exit conditions as well as the hygiene conditions. Detailed information can be obtained from the tourist office Ellmau. The prices vary season conditionally. Bed linen, towels for 4 people, dishwasher wash and Wi-Fi included. Parking is free of charge in the car park. The fee for the Wilder Kaiser guest card is exclusive.
