Spa-Komfort-Suite Kanzelhöhe

Our two suites are located in an apartment building with 59 units that was created from the sale of a former Swiss HAPIMAG hotel complex. We are at 1500 meters above sea level and, in addition to the tranquillity, enjoy a unique view over Villach and Lake Ossiachersee to the Karawanken. Access via the toll road (free use for our guests) (9 km) from Treffen; turn right at the yellow house, past the mountain station of the Kanzelbahn, continue for 1 km until you see the Hotel "zur Kanzlerin" on the left. Then take the driveway to the left (opposite the hotel reception) Directly opposite the apartments is the newly opened hotel "die Kanzlerin"; Here you can use the indoor pool and sauna for a fee. The entire facility is located directly on a (snow-covered) ski trail, via which you can reach the mountain station of the Kanzelbahn in 800 meters, or all further lifts to the summit of the Gerlitzen. a short distance away is a high-rope climbing garden and the "Edelweiss-Wirt" restaurant. The hotel's own restaurant is also available; Lunch is also available in one of the 11 cozy huts. ATTENTION! There is NO SUPERMARKET or grocery store on the Kanzelhöhe! The nearest supermarket is in Treffen, 9 km away via the toll road! The "Kanzelshop" is located in the apartment building, these are self-service machines with drinks, snacks, some groceries, as well as practical helpers for everyday needs (toothpaste, shower gel, feminine hygiene, etc.) There are two washing machines (1x incl. dryer) in the laundry room in the basement for 2 euros each per wash! If storage space for skis, bicycles, luggage, etc. is required, there is a locked basement compartment! We have included all our services for you in the basic price! Use the wellness area with steam bath and infrared or sit comfortably on the balcony and let yourself be warmed up by the black-light infrared heater... You can use all the kitchen equipment, such as vinegar/oil, salt/pepper, flour/sugar, but also coffee capsules , like the selected wines, which we are happy to let you have for a cozy evening. We have also left make-up towels, cotton swabs, etc. in the bathroom for you! You can enjoy television, as well as high-speed Internet via WLAN, free of charge, including the subscriptions we have activated for Netflix, Disbney+, Amazon prime, Spotify, etc. Park your car for free on our private parking space in the parking garage! The use of the toll road is also included in the price for you! You will receive a season ticket from us for the duration of your stay, with which you can drive on the road without restrictions! Due to the increased cleaning volume in the wellness area, we are allowed to charge a cleaning fee of 40 euros if you bring a dog with you, in addition to the final cleaning fee of 90 euros.
