Our house is situated about 5 km outside from Ischgl in the small village Valzur. The ski bus keeps direct before the house and brings our guests every 10 minutes free of charge and directly before the cableways in Ischgl. The local part Valzur belongs to Ischgl therefore our guests keep the VIP-skipass (about 30 % more favourably) from ISCHGL/SAMNAUN. In summer you can enjoy many services in Paznaun free of charge or at reduced prices with the Silvretta Card Premium. You will receive this automatically at check-in. HOUSE RULES: it is not allowed to invite strangers who do not live in the house. our garden is PRIVATE property and NOT accessible for guest it is not allowed to arrive with more persons than originally booked in case of damage to the apartment, this will be charged for. LITTLE SERVICE: * Filled sugar shaker, coffee filter, tabs for the dishwasher, tea towels, kitchen roll, detergent * TOWELS AND BED LINEN are included in the price. * SAUNA: Our in-house sauna can be switched on on request.
