Newly built detached house in a prime location at the foot of the Aineck. Our house is quiet, yet close to the center. Biking and hiking trails, the Murtal cross-country ski run, ice rink, tennis court, inns, shops, etc. can be found in the immediate vicinity. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the ski slope. You can ski down to the front door. Ski-in & ski-out - that's real luxury on vacation! Private car parking spaces in front of the house. There is a separate lockable outdoor room for your bicycles, motorbikes and skis. There is a drying room in the house with a shoe dryer for ski and hiking shoes. E-bikes can be recharged.

All rooms are furnished with solid wood furniture, modern and with attention to detail. Each room has a large balcony with comfortable balcony furniture for sunbathing. Free WiFi and cable TV available. The bathrooms are very modern, hair dryer, bath radio, bathroom accessories are obligatory.

A cozy lounge with large screen TV is at your disposal. In summer you can grill on a spacious terrace and outdoor table tennis.
