Welcome to our cosy Haus Kern in Ried, Erste Ferienregion Zillertal, distinguished with the 4 Edelweiss award. Our well-groomed bed-and-breakfast is quietly situated away from busy roads. The centre of Ried where you find ski rentals and a train that takes you to the other places of Erste Ferienregion Zillertal is only 5 minutes on foot. We offer a cosy lounge with fridge and a generous spa area with sauna, solarium and samarium to our guests. Of course, free Wifi is available as well. Only the best for our guests! We provide comfortably furnished rooms with shower/WC, balcony, satellite TV and radio. All rooms come with a bathrobe, hair dryer, toiletries and a built-in safe. Parking is a matter of course. We also have a separate ski room with ski boot dryer where you can store and dry your skies, snowboards and boots. Hiking enthusiasts, push and mountain bikers will find their paradise when exploring the many hiking and bike trails as well as the idyllic alps of Erste Ferienregion Zillertal. Sun lovers will surely enjoy our roof terrace or the sunbathing lawn in the garden. For guests set out to explore our beautiful valley in a more relaxed and peaceful fashion, a trip with the steam-powered Zillertalbahn will be an unforgettable experience. Only 20m behind our house you find an easy hiking path and a bike trail. The extensive offer of Zillertal’s swimming and leisure pools invite guests to relax too. The leisure bath Stumm, is 3 km and Therme Fügen only 5 km away and can be reached in no time. In winter, the perfectly groomed skiing areas attract skiers with wonderful runs and cross-country tracks. Experience the charm of snow-covered forests and summits. The skiing area Hochzillertal - Hochfügen is right in the neighbouring municipality of Kaltenbach, only 1 km away. Skiing pleasures, traditional hut evenings, après-ski, night skiing, etc. are awaiting you. Top ski schools will assist both little and grown up guests with their first skiing attempts or help pros improve their style. The free ski bus stop is only 200m from our house.
