We are a family owned and led guesthouse with a working farm, located on one of the sunniest spots of Bad Kleinkirchheim. Right from our house you can enter a large net of hikingtrails, leading you to all parts of the valley of Bad Kleinkirchheim and St.Oswald, as well as into the region of the 'Nock Mountains'.You can enter the local Bussystem nearby, to get to facillyties like skislopes, thermal bath, golfcourse as well as restaurants and shopping. All our rooms are equipped with toilett, shower, satelite TV and balconies with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and the Bad Kleinkirchheim valley.We serve a rich breakfast with mainly homemade products. For breakfast we serve you our own homemade products like salami, schinkenspeck, cattle ham, our special flavoured homemade bread,as well as our own jam and butter,
