Whether in the low-priced, old school rooms or in the modern new school rooms – you will be comfortably accommodated either way, thanks to the regional materials used. Enjoy the lightness of being on your sun balcony with great views of Gastein’s mountain world during your holidays.
The home-made, regional products of the rich breakfast buffet provide lots energy for your active hiking and skiing day in the Gasteinertal. After an aperitif at the house bar, our kitchen team will then surprise you with a 3-course select menu or a themed buffet. Spoil yourself with the Gasteinertal’s delicacies like bacon, liquor or cheese (tastings Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
An active holiday can best be ended with a drink on the cosy sun terrace. In summer, there is even live music for our guests on a weekly basis. You can unwind and reflect on the impressions gathered when snow-shoe hiking and tobogganing in our own sauna and steam bath. The revitalising effects of Gastein’s unique thermal waters can be experienced on occasion of a visit at the Alpentherme thermal spa Bad Hofgastein and the Felsentherme spa Bad Gastein.

Winter in Gastein
The family-friendly Dorfgastein Großarltal skiing area that is part of the Ski Amadé skiing network offers a sunny training hill to all beginners and varied piste pleasures to skiing enthusiasts. When snow-shoe hiking or on a horse sleigh ride, your partner holidays in the Gasteinertal can also be enjoyed off-pistes.

Summer in Gastein
Not only mountain biking and hiking are great fun activities waiting in Gastein’s mountain world. Try gold panning or a hunting bow course. A special thrill is provided by the many via ferrata trails in the Gasteinertal.
