The apartment is of high quality and lovingly furnished and were completely renovated in 2018.

The apartment has a covered parking space.

It also include a sauna house and a ski stable.

You overlook the holiday resort of St. Oswald as well as several ski slopes and yet you are right in the middle of the action. In 7 minutes walking distance you reach the village centre and also the valley station of the Brunnach cable car, from where you can go on wonderful hikes in summer and the whole ski area in winter.

St. Oswald/Bad Kleinkirchheim - with a length of approx. 110 km of pistes. Nespresso capsules must be brought along for the coffee machines. There are replica capsules in the nearby supermarket, but original Nespresso coffee capsules are not available near the accommodation. Bed linen, towels and sauna towels are of course provided. Please bring 2 Euro coins for the use of the sauna. Free parking for one car in the carport. Ski storage and ski boot warmer in the ski cellar Pets are not allowed. Stag parties and events are not allowed!
