Our house is peacefully situated on the outskirts of Bad Hofgastein. Nonetheless, the town center as well as several different shopping opportunities are quick and easy to reach on foot, by bus or car. In our farmhouse, we offer you a 90 m² holiday apartment, furnished and equipped with boundless love in order to meet your every need. As you step into the apartment, allow yourself to be captivated by the soothing fragrance of pine from the solid-wood furniture. With two double beds and a raised bed, this spacious apartment comfortably accommodates the whole family, while the large garden outside with terrace and play opportunities for the youngsters, a quiet corner for daydreaming as well as pleasant get-togethers, truly makes this an ideal place to spend a family holiday. On cold winter days, snuggle up with your family on the couch and savor the crackling warmth of the rustic tile stove. Our farm doesn’t only provide you with a stylish place to stay – we are also happy to treat you to freshly prepared, organic products from right here on our own farm. The highlight of the playground, which also features a swing, slide and sandbox, is undoubtedly our play lift, where the kids are guaranteed to have a fantastic time. In summer, Bad Hofgastein is an idyllic mountain paradise that invites big and small to go hiking and spend time out in the fresh air. Our lush green flower-strewn meadows, enchanting hiking paths and (natural) playgrounds in the mountains are all rewarding excursions. On summer days when the weather is a little unsettled, the soothing thermal waters of the Alpentherme offer a perfect change of pace for the whole family. Gastein in winter
In winter, Gastein Valley is a snowy paradise beyond compare. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced “pro”, the highly competent ski schools on the Schlossalm and Stubnerkogel have perfect courses in store for you. That said, even if you want to go snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or skating in the Kurpark, everyone is guaranteed to discover the wintertime experience perfect for them.




Our farm is home to cows, calves, rabbits, a pig, goats and sheep. In the months of July and August, most of our animals get to enjoy a holiday of their own, grazing out on our alpine pastures!
