The apartment is located on the organic farm "Rieser" in the middle of the Penningdörfl, a quiet village of farms, a few family houses and a small chapel. The approx. 40 m² flat has a terrace with an unobstructed view of the Hohe Salve, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. A separate entrance to the only flat in the house offers plenty of privacy.

In summer, the region provides many possibilities for all sports enthusiasts. In fact, a cycling and hiking trail pass directly by our house. Among other things, you can set off along the "KAT Walk" and "KAT Bike" trails directly from the doorstep.

For the winter, the skiing area "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental", which is only 5 km away, inspires all skiing fans. But also the cross-country ski trail, which is only 500 m away, and the natural toboggan run Haagalm, in 4km, offer great winter fun.
