This beautiful villa is located in the picturesque island Krk inland, near impressive town of Vrbnik. The location is an excellent starting point for all kinds of excursions but is also a great area for wine and food lovers. Villa Pepina is a lovely stone house that offers all the comfort and modern amenities that you might need but has preserved the stone and wood elements of an authentic island house. The ground floor consists of the living room and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and one bathroom are set. One consists of a double bed and other bedroom has double bed and additionaly sofa bed, which makes it an ideal family accommodation. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV. Outside the villa, there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue, perfect for preparing and enjoying al fresco meals. Villa's Pepina private pool will take care for some refreshment and joy in warm summer days. The cosy sun loungers are waiting for you to unwind, leaving the hectic everyday life behind you! Villa Pepina offers all technical equipment you may need (LCD TV, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine ) and is fully air conditioned. There are also a free WiFi, private parking for 2-3 cars and 2 bikes on Your disposal. With private swimming pool, terrace with outside dining area and charcoal barbecue at disposal, Villa Pepina is an excellent choice for a family vacation. IMPORTANT NOTE: Pool is seasonal ( open from 11.05.-02.11. ). It has 4m X 8 m and is 140 cm deep. Damage deposit caution is 500 € and it is handled on site.
